  • What does training look like now?

  • Strike 30/45: These classes are very popular classes, and we run multiple sessions daily.  These are high intensity 30 or 45 minute heavy bag workout classes that burn a lot of calories in a very short period of time.  You do not need a training partner, as these are individual based, physically distanced classes.  Only equipment required is workout clothes (no shoes) and a pair of boxing gloves.  Oh, and water.... you're gonna need it.  You DO NOT need to wear a mask while you train.  You only need to wear a mask when you enter and exit the gym.  You can check out our webpage about Fitness Kickboxing Classes and Strike 30 Classes here.

  • Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes:  These are 1 hour and 15 minute classes.  The instructor teaches techniques, and then assists pairs as they practice the technique.  We are currently allowed to switch partners, but you are not required to switch partners.  You DO NOT need to wear a mask while you train.  You only need to wear a mask when you enter and exit the gym.  You can read more about our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program here.

  • Muay Thai Classes:  These are 1 hour and 15 minute classes.  The instructor teaches techniques, and then assists pairs as they practice the technique.  Following technique instruction, partners get into pad holding rounds.  You DO NOT need to wear a mask while you train.  You only need to wear a mask when you enter and exit the gym.  You can read more about our Muay Thai program here.

  • Kids / Teens Classes:  Teenagers (13 years or older) are able to attend adult classes.  We are waiting for the fall to start our kids program.  We may also return to the Saturday morning Drop-In classes.  Please check our webpage for more information.

  • Cleaning

We have spaced our class times out, so as to allow for ample cleaning time before each class.  We disinfect our mats and heavy bags between each class.  We are extremely diligent about cleaning and disinfecting every square inch of our facility.  The truth is, we've always been super diligent about cleaning.  We are cleaning / disinfecting more than we did in the past, but a clean gym has always been a top priority.  Nobody wants to train in a dirty facility.  We take this part of our job very seriously, and we always have.

Due to the fact that contact tracing is essential during the COVID-19 pandemic, all of our members need to be entered into our membership database, and we need to keep track of every person who enters the facility.  We use a program called Zen Planner.  In order for us to enter you into our database, we need some personal contact information from you. (Name, Address, Phone #, Email Address and Date of Birth)
