Things are beginning to feel a little more "normal". We still aren't quite yet there. Our fitness classes are very busy, because they're a lot of fun. Getting a great cardio workout doesn't have to suck. With a supportive, energetic group around you, it can actually be a lot of fun.

Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are all currently full. We are planning for another schedule adjustment in early September, so keep your eyes peeled for that.
