Our Strike classes are the best independent workout that you will find.
We have been teaching fitness kickboxing since our doors opened.
Our experienced instructors will lead you through a fun, action packed class.
This is a Fitness Kickboxing class that includes Muay Thai techniques on a heavy bag with a mix of exercises and challenges.
You will be moving non-stop, maximizing the 30 minutes you are in class.
The music will be pumping as we guide you through this intense, high energy class.
Similar to the 30 minute format, with a little more freedom and 15 minutes longer!
Free style rounds will be incorporated into this class for those that just love to hit the bag!
Our Strike 30/45 classes, during this time, will only have a max. of 10 people per class.
These classes are great for all levels of athletes no experience to lots of experience. It is all about you!
